Terms

Last updated: 13 July 2026

This is a plain-English summary of the deal, not a substitute for formal legal terms. Have a qualified professional review this — including how it's classified under gambling/promotional-competition rules in your target markets — before treating it as binding or before real-money bidding goes live.

What this is

Quadrillioneuro is an auction for a symbolic title — holding the #1 position on a public leaderboard for the World or for a specific country. It is not a charity, an investment, a security, a lottery, or any other financial product. Outcomes are determined entirely by who is willing to bid the most, not by chance.

Registration (now)

Registering interest is free. It reserves your place in line for a seat and lets us notify you when bidding opens. No payment is taken, and no bid is placed, at registration.

Bidding (once live)

Bidding for a seat opens once that seat reaches its registration threshold, for a fixed window. This feature is not yet active — nothing described here is a present commitment, and full terms (payment method, minimum bid, refund/dispute handling) will be published before any real-money bidding begins.

Holding a seat

The highest confirmed bid when a bidding window closes holds the seat until the next season. Being outbid in a later season does not remove your name from the permanent Hall of Champions record of past winners.

What you agree to

No guarantees

Quadrillioneuro is an early-stage project. We aim to run every seat's auction as described, but can't make absolute guarantees about timing or outcomes beyond our best effort.
